When you register or use the Signature GCI Subcontractor Portal we collect your company name, contact names, work email, mobile number, trade, WA contractor registration, language preference, and the documents you upload (bids, invoices, insurance certificates, W-9s, lien waivers, photos). If you use job-site check-in, we record your location at the moment you check in or out.
To run bids and jobs with you: sending bid invitations, work orders and schedules, reviewing and paying invoices, keeping insurance and compliance records current, and contacting you by email or, if you agreed, by text message.
We text you only if you agreed to it. Texting terms are on our text message terms page. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers who deliver the messages for us.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the portal (hosting, database, email and text delivery, and our construction-management and accounting software), with lenders or project owners when a job’s draw or lien paperwork requires it, or when the law requires it.
You can update your company and contact details, notification and text settings in the portal at any time. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, call Signature GCI at (206) 751-3200. We keep records we are required to keep for tax, lien and contract purposes.
