Signature GCI job texts — terms

What the program is

Signature General Construction Inc. (“Signature GCI”) sends text messages to subcontractors, bidders and their staff who use the Signature GCI Subcontractor Portal at subs.signaturegci.com. Texts are about work with Signature GCI: bid invitations and deadlines, schedule changes, work orders, invoice and payment status, insurance and compliance reminders, job-site check-in, and replies to messages from our project team. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you sign up

You choose to receive texts by ticking the text-message box when you register to bid at subs.signaturegci.com/register, or in your Company settings in the portal. The box is never pre-ticked, and agreeing to texts is not required to register, bid or work with Signature GCI.

How often

Message frequency varies with your active bids and jobs — typically a few messages per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Signature GCI does not charge for texts.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or call Signature GCI at (206) 751-3200. You can also turn texts off in your Company settings.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
